1. Replacements for Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send clear photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
2. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order is placed.
